Exchange Policy

One of our main priorities is to give you a smooth Exchange Process.

IF AN EXCHANGE NEEDS TO BE DONE :

Exchanges are done within 07 working days since the Garment is purchased.

Step 01 :  Message us through the same platform (Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp) you placed your order with & let us know you need to exchange a particular product /s. If it is a web order please WhatsApp us through 0763598069 and let us know you need to exchange a particular product /s.

Step 02 :  After an analysis, our Exchange Team will get back to you.

Please Note - For a smoother exchange process, you need to send us the package via the courier service we provide to you. 
For the rider to deliver us the package, an additional charge of Rs.270/- will be charged from you along with the standard delivery fee.

We humbly appreciate your kind understanding towards it.

Important - Refrain from informing us about an Exchange after 10 Days or a Month, because as per the Company Policy, we will not be able to proceed with it.

Please note that you cannot exchange an ALREADY EXCHANGED PRODUCT
